[sword-devel] Spanish Translators

Thanks to Vince LaRue for volunteering on a Spanish translation and a
quick turn around.

Updated release with Spanish and also easier to hit the sidemenu toggle
vs. the verse chooser in the top bar (thanks for that report Fr. Cyrille).
