Please find attached the Fr translation updated file.

I've borrowed an android 9 phone, so I have now 3 phones for testing purposes.
I have started to test 1.2.0pre4, with wireshark, I'll compare results on the 3 phones.
Then I'll try Bishop 1.1.5, then 1.2.0pre7.
