[sword-devel] A new alternate versification?

In the KJVA module, AddEsth begins at chapter 10 verse 4.
There is no content for the first 9 chapters nor for the first 3 verses of chapter 10.
A kludge in OSIS to workaround the limitations of front-end navigation is feasible. Xiphos controls gets stuck otherwise.

The KJVA module has no book called AddDan.
