Hi Pierre,

Textual issues for this module should be reported directly to OpenScriptures at their GitHub repo.
http://github.com/openscriptures/morphhb/

CrossWire module issues in general should be reported through the CrossWire tracker.
http://tracker.crosswire.org/projects/MOD

The OSHB module hosted by CrossWire has not been updated since version 1.2 released 2018-01-05.

Tyndale House, Cambridge also has a module called OHB that's based on the same source text.
This can be accessed through Tyndale STEP at https://www.stepbible.org/

The STEP Development Team is led by Dr David Instone-Brewer, to whom you may address further enqiries.

As for workflow, it normally depends on finding a CrossWire volunteer who has the time and inclination to delve into any particular module and get deeply involved.
There's no automated process that ensures a module gets updated whenever its source text is changed.

Best regards,

David
