Hello.

I do not understand why there is no perl nor python module for the
debian Sword package.
Does any one knows why ?

Who exactly is the debian developper in charge of maintaining Sword for debian ?

I looked for open bugs but did not find any related to perl or python,
however i found this:

Subject: sword REMOVED from testing

FYI: The status of the sword source package
in Debian's testing distribution has changed.

  Previous version: 1.7.3+dfsg-9.1
  Current version: (not in testing)
  Hint: <https://release.debian.org/britney/hints/auto-removals>
Bug #899906: sword: Invalid maintainer address
pkg-crosswire-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org

It looks to me like under the current situation, there will be no
Sword package in the next release of Debian.

Is it correct ?
