[sword-devel] Crosswire wiki user account registration

Wiki has not been turned off. We had too many bogus account sign ups, so it is now a semi-manual process. The page should request you to identify yourself and your interest in maintaining the wiki.  Then David H or I will approve you. I’m looking how to add you manually.
