[sword-devel] updated Uighur Cyrillic Sword module

Dear Crosswire repository maintainers,

The Uighur Cyrillic translation is making progress.
16 new OT books were released for publishing.
I updated the Sword module with these new books.

Could I kindly ask you to upload the updated module to the Crosswire 
repository?
