The letter for which xiphos\mod2imp misbehaves is U+-906 Devenagari letter
AA.

The the word *इत्बआल* in *I Kings 16:31* only occurs once in the whole
module.

That should not surprise anyone familiar with Devanagari.

The Devanagari letter आ (AA) is a leading vowel, one that should occur only
at the start of a word!

If this word were to be split into two words by inserting a space just
before this letter, then

इत्ब occurs only as part of this word.
आल occurs 193 times in the whole module.

It's therefore quite plausible that there is also a translation typo at this
location.

It's certainly worth referring the details to the translators, even though
there is also a subtle bug in one of the compiled mod2imp.exe
