[sword-devel] Catholic and Catholic2 versification

I wrote a new v11n, named catholic_lit, (catholic liturgical) see the
attached file. This versification follows the neo-vulgate and is used
for the liturgical translation almost in French. I used the 10 chapter
for Esther, but I have a question, what to do with the alternate verses
numbered (1a,1b,1c,1d...)? May I add it as numbers and increase the
number of verses per chapter? Ralph's use also the 1a, 1b, 1c for the
LXX edition.
