[sword-devel] lemma-only xhtml display shows no lemmas

Just tried the same two command lines using diatheke.exe version 4.7 (in
Windows 7 x64)

First with just "-o l"

Observe: No mention of *Gentium font* in the span element. 
And it's not as if this font isn't installed in my PC.

Observe: No mention of the *small* element.

Observe: In the first output, what on earth is the word *savlm* ?

Even so, the output included lemmata with both these filter options, unlike
Karl's result.

Hmmmm!
