Thanks to "Module Team" for the further correction.

There's now a minor inconsistency in these lines with regard to the release
date.

History_1.5.3=(2017-02-22) correction to conf file

PS. I observed that modules CzeB21 and CzeCSP were also updated today.

CzeB21 obsoletes CzeNKB
CzeCSP obsoletes CzeKMS

Not all front-ends take action on the Obsoletes directive, so if you had
either of these older modules installed, you should remove each of them
manually.
