[sword-devel] Module upload: FinRK

Thanks to the Module Team, the FinRK module has been updated with the
required correction to the conf file.

NB. The new version was uploaded yesterday, but the file still has the
earlier 
SwordVersionDate=2017-02-17

This should have been changed to
SwordVersionDate=2017-02-21
