Did you send it to modules AT crosswire DOT org ?

I don't recall seeing this, and I am in the modules mailing list.
My role isn't uploading new submissions, but I usually dive in with testing
any.

NB. Any new or updated module submissions should be accompanied by a copy of
the source text file.

The "Module Team" main respondent can provide further details.
