[sword-devel] configure warnings

I can not remember having seen these warnings priorly

WARNINGS_OFF:  -Wno-address -Wno-nonnull-compare
checking that generated files are newer than configure... done
configure: creating ./config.status

Line 17763 is the last line of the Makefile and empty, so not terribly
useful debug info. 

Make seems to work nevertheless just fine.
