[sword-devel] The Bible Tool - missing modules?

One of my contacts has asked why (for example) the Bible module UKJV does not
appear in the list of modules for The Bible Tool.

This prompts the general question: What determines which modules are
offered?

How many modules are missing from our online example of The Bible Tool?

What can be done to improve this?

Is it feasible to configure The Bible Tool to access all the repositories in
our Master Repo List?
