[sword-devel] Headers in OSIS Bible & Included Additions

Despite the best efforts of all the various USFM to OSIS converters, there
really are some USFM markers that have no exact equivalent in OSIS.

Running header (\h_text) is one of them.

One has to do the best with a decent workaround sometimes.
