Dear Aaron,

Though this is only indrectly related to sorting pointed Hebrew words, I
thought you may like to know.

BabelPad has a feature to apply a custom Unicode Normalization to pointed
Hebrew text, based on the recommendations in the SBL Hebrew Font Users
Manual.
