[sword-devel] Latest version of libsword?

1.7.4 is the latest. https://www.crosswire.org/svn/sword/tags/

Perhaps 1.7.9 was used to mean the head of current svn which will become
1.8 in many years. In which case it probably should have been set as
1.7.999 to fit with previous internal numbering.
