[sword-devel] SFM to OSIS handling of the markers \fr and \xo ?

PocketSword deals quite nicely with cross-references that are for just a few
verses.

It displays the linked verse[s] with their text in the note pane that
appears at the foot of the screen.

It copes with multiple references to different passages too.

PS doesn't yet process parallel passage heading links though.

btw. While writing this reply, I just found a bug in PS under iOS 9.2 which
I'll report to Nic by email.
