[sword-devel] SFM to OSIS handling of the markers \fr and \xo ?

I am in the wrong place to check, but I highlighted this a while back (6-9/12)  in a different thread and showed how it should be encoded. 

I think usfm2osis.pl did it right, but not sure at this moment.
