paper publication and how the content is seen in our apps.

Paper version had a single table for the whole month, at the top of
which was a heading. But our devotionals are single-day displays.
Forcing a month-representative heading into every day seems...very odd.
The fundamental change is just that the unit of display is different.

I'm not sure that asking all apps to look for and prepend mm.00's
content onto every single mm.dd's content is a good solution.
