An intended replacement for Strong's numbers. But it was done for NIV
(at least initially) and Zondervan copyrighted the system, leading to
others' lack of interest in using a new, restricted, competing system
when everyone could still use Strong's, even if Strong's has limitations
due to ongoing scholarship of the original languages.
