[sword-devel] OSIS <abbr> supported added to osisxhtml and osislatex

<abbr> is a tag which somehow has escaped notice for too long.

As the tag has a direct html equivalent - just a differently named
attribute - it was easy to implement.

It is visible in Xiphos, if you compile it with libsword from svn head.

WLC Obad.1.1 footnote 2 (and many other similar places) - hover the
mouse over the L and the BHS of 

"We read one or more accents in L differently from BHS (1997)."

Both will expand - to "Leningrad Codex" and "Biblia Hebraica
Stuttgartiensis" respectively. 

The mouse hover is done in CSS, so frontends can override this. The
xhtml is simply <abbr title="Whatever">w</abbr>
