[sword-devel] installmgr problem

Not sure where the problem rests. 

Currently I am unable to install any modules - xiphos times out.
commandline installmgr same. 

I tried in my home directory on the server "installmgr -r CrossWire" and
got an instantaneous error message "Error Refreshing Remote Source"

I looked at the ftp server via my browser - all appears in good order. 
I could look at module conf files and I could download mods.d.tar.gz
