[sword-devel] World English Bible modules

Bible modules WEB, WEBBE and WEBME have not been updated since 25 January
2012.

The source texts at ebible.org have been updated regularly since then.

Work is required to update these modules using the latest versions of the
source texts.

It would be good if the module updates could be automated.
