Bless you, Brian.  I had been trying the 14.10 packages.  The 14.04 ones 
work like a dream.  Now I can get on with the work I'm doing to get back 
to work on the Brenton Septuagint module with all the footnotes and 
appendices included.  I can now see it with all of the books.
