[sword-devel] Xiphos for Centos 6 and 7 ??

I believe there is a build issue with Xiphos on EPEL 6 until very recently.
The older sword build script did not set a proper SOVERSION, so Xiphos and
bt were very brittle with respect to sword update. I will update them as
well.
