[sword-devel] Locale files and deuterocanonical books

A casual browse of our locale files indicates that for most languages we have
never included deuterocanonical books.

One exception is Russian (file name ru_RU-utf8.conf) .

Now that many front-ends support av11n and DC books, shouldn't this omission
be rectified?
