[sword-devel] 4 new French public domain translations

That still doesn't explain how for four modules released almost
simultaneously,
just one does not show available size in the Xiphos module manager.

There's something else amiss with FreGeneve1669.

It doesn't look right in regard to the (non-ANSI) accented letters.
Maybe the conf file encoding has been altered from UTF-8 ?
