Just a suggestion for CrossWire front-end developers.

Could we provide better support for non-Roman scripts by incorporating
HarfBuzz?

PS. This topic was prompted by observing how few fonts render the Malayalam
Letter DOT REPH ൎ correctly.
The character U+04DE was introduced in Unicode 6.0 released October 2010.
