[sword-devel] Xiphos 4.0.3

Cant check right now but i have a bunch of computers in various stages of Ubuntu under my control and usually compile without any problems. In short i doubt that this is a Ubuntu problem. My main laptop is Debian testing withput any concerns re compiling.
