Thanks Karl.

I replaced "C:\Program Files (x86)\CrossWire\Xiphos\share\xiphos\languages"
with the updated file.

There's no branch called "Unknown" now in the eBible.org Biblical Text
modules list.

However, there's one entry that still needs fixing before 4.0.4 is released.

# remove leading ' (consequent to eBible repo discoveries)
