Thanks for the above - it's really helpful.  Now I've got Sword to 
build, I'm going to get on with it.  I've copied the NRSVA header into a 
web header and started work on it.  It should be fairly 
straightforward.  I've been looking at versificationmgr code as well, 
and it seems fairly straightforward to add another Av11n specification.  
It's taking me a while to get back up to speed. It's a few years since I 
looked at the Sword code and I'm very rusty, but getting there.
