A little information, only posted here so that you know that I know.

These are the [extracted] references for verses appended by osis2mod when I
did a test build for the Breton KOAD21 Bible that now has 8 books from the
OT as well as the complete NT.

All but one of these are in Psalms.

For these it's due to the common practice in French Bibles to assign verse 1
to the Psalm canonical title
(or at least to include the title within verse 1).

115 Psalms have such a title. Only 66 of these have the title as the whole
of verse 1.
For these, the offset by one in the rest of each Psalm gives a final verse
number outside the v11n.
