[sword-devel] New modules

Apart from the Kjv, which had 35 appended verses, the Nrsv had by one or several orders of magnitude the least number of appended verses. Insofar as empty verses reflect chapter endings, these are the same problem - inappropriate versification scheme.

As the difference among appended verses was so huge, i made my choice of s heme based on that alone. If things had been more equal empty verses would go into the equation of choice of scheme.
