A good source of information is the book written by Daniel LORTSCH « Histoire de la Bible en France »,
available on-line here : http://www.bibliquest.org/Lortsch/Lortsch-Histoire_Bible_France-global.htm
I found information about the first Bible printed with verse divisions by Robert Estienne in this book.
