[sword-devel] Open issues for SWORD in the tracker

I am replying to the three you mentioned me in, but since I don't even have
the ability to close my own issues (API-175 and 176 that Karl committed the
fixes for on my behalf) I definitely don't have permissions to close out
any of these others.
