[sword-devel] 1.7.4 alpha 2

An updated alpha 2, based on a pair of patches I developed while building
for Fedora has been posted to
http://crosswire.org/sword/ALPHAcckswwlkrfre22034820285912/alpha/sword-1.7.3.901.tar.gz

This update will only affect people using CMake to build and introduces
several fixes:
1) Adds the emptyvss to the installed utilities
2) Adds the installation of /etc/sword.conf
3) Honors many more of the standard CMake options (LIB_INSTALL_DIR,
INCLUDE_INSTALL_DIR, SHARE_INSTALL_PREFIX) for specifying paths

If you're a fellow packager, take note of these updated options. Also, lack
of the /etc/sword.conf explains persistent problems I've had with new Sword
installations complaining they can't find SWORD_HOME, so any environmental
hacks you might have done to avoid that should not be removed.

I'm still hoping to hit early next week with a release of this.
