[sword-devel] Not all notes display note content in SWORD front-ends

There are certain types of note that do not display any content in SWORD
front-ends.

Is this a SWORD issue? 

It needs reporting, but I need confirmation that the correct issues tracker
is SWORD rather than each individual front-end.

As an example, none of these WLC module elements display any content in
either Xiphos or PocketSword.

<note placement="inline" type="x-DHSource">...</note> 

But there are other notes types for which the same problem occurs.
