[sword-devel] Using The Bible Tool on a tablet or the iPad Mini

Is it simply HTML and CSS?
If so putting this:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0,
maximum-scale=2.0, user-scalable=yes" />

in the <head>
works well for me.
