[sword-devel] BibleCS 1.7.0RC1

I doubt it is there. The location differs between Linux, Windows and Mac. It is not easy to document for Windows as the variable is not on all versions that SWORD/JSword runs on (Bible Desktop still runs on Windows 98). Even when I've tried to explain it to a user, it is confusing.
