Some submitters elect to sign their modules in the .conf file. Check 
there for a name and/or email address.

In lieu of that, email me at modules at crosswire.org and I can let you 
know. In most cases I would be the point of contact anyway, either by 
virtue of having produced the current release or because I've taken 
responsibility for orphaned content.

For minor bugs, report through the bug tracker.
