Also, in regards to your comment in #sword on IRC, you can always test the
configure and build against a Debug configuration with both bindings,
examples and tests by executing 'cmake/build-debug.sh' from the root of
SWORD. It should work as advertised. I just did a fresh build today with
CMake after seeing your message and it worked flawlessly. I'm not sure why
you would have gotten the out of stream error if you were inside of the
build/ subdir.
