Thanks Karl,

Sorry that I 'leap-frogged' by responding to the message here before seeing
your bug response.

I've just implemented the workaround for my installed modules, 
for those where the trailing solidus was missing from the DataPath.

Just in case I got anything wrong, I first archived the mods.d folder to
mods.d.7z
Always a good idea.
