Just a reminder....

As and when anyone updates usfm2osis.pl, please be sure to bring this
section up to date.

btw. It would also be nicer if the help output didn't need tweaking to make
this part of it match the layout in the extracted text therein.

PS. Also ensure that the list of unsupported markers is accurate in other
respects. Clearly what Greg has reported is also an inconsistency wrt to the
help output, as \io (without a digit) was not mentioned.
