Are you talking about introductions like John 1:0 and John 0:0?  If
so, hiding those would be an application-specific thing. BibleTime
displays those prepended to the text of John 1:1, whereas Xiphos
requires the user to specifically request viewing the chapter/book
header. There is no OSIS filter for display or strip of those fields.
Their inclusion or exclusion is entirely the preference of the
application developer.
