[sword-devel] Xiphos 3.1.5 is released

Unfortunately, I am a bit of a dummy.  I had a glitch in the build
necessities for prior-to-yesterday's Sword.

In fact, 2 glitches.  I fixed one early this morning, the other about 2
minutes ago.

The source tarball has been regenerated and re-uploaded to SF.
