[sword-devel] Xiphos 3.1.5 is released

I guess most of the Xiphos team are well aware that there is now a need to
update the Xiphos manual.

The one installed with v3.1.5 for Windows still states:

"This manual describes version 3.1.4 of Xiphos. "

Not a complaint, not even a bug. Merely a friendly observation.
