[sword-devel] Xiphos 3.1.5 is released

After entirely too long a delay, we have finally released Xiphos 3.1.5.

Windows users can get the installer immediately:

Building against latest Sword SVN is straightforward.
Building against not-the-latest requires that you add
-DNO_SWORD_SET_RENDER_NOTE_NUMBERS=1.
