[sword-devel] Markers Not Yet Supported by usfm2osis.pl

One of the translations hosted by *Vanuatu Bibles* uses a USFM tag pair that
is not yet supported.

Download the USFM files for the *Southwest Tanna* (nwi) translation.

These USFM files make use of the tag *\rq_...\rq** which is not yet
supported.
